Cancelation Policy

To best serve our clients and staff, you are agreeing to our 48 hour cancelation policy when booking your appointment at DIA Studio. Your appointment time is reserved specially for you and therefore if you cancel last-minute, other clients miss the opportunity to fill that time slot. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or edit your appointment we ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time by calling us, leaving a voicemail, or via email. 

In order to book an appointment, a credit card is required to hold your appointment and will be charged in the event of our policy being breached.
